Imagine this: you take a sip, and BAM! Dark chocolate hits you first, followed by the sinful sweetness of molasses and brown sugar. It's like a forbidden dessert in a cup.
This little potion comes from the misty highlands of Kintamani, Bali, where small, mysterious farmers nurture Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor beans. Grown way up high, between 1200 and 1600 meters, in volcanic loam soil – talk about earthy!
And the process? Oh, it's divine. Each bean is hand-picked with care, then wet-hulled and left to dry on raised beds. It's practically begging to be brewed.
