We're diving deep into my Loose Leaf Flavored Tea, a blend as darkly romantic as a moonlit graveyard stroll.

• What's inside: Ceylon OP (that's fancy talk for killer black tea), a whisper of Bergamot Essential Oil, and bewitching Cornflowers.
• The vibe: Think orange sunsets bleeding into a floral twilight, with a malt undertone that lingers like a haunting melody.
• Scoring: Okay, so it's got a High Astringency (it'll bite you back, just the way we like it), a High Body (substantial, like a good gothic novel), and Medium Sweetness (a touch of sugar to coat the bitterness, naturally).

Earl Grey is a classic for a reason, my pet. I take my Ceylon black tea, scatter in those blue cornflowers like fallen dreams, and kiss it with bergamot oil. Sip it alone in your tower, or if you're feeling rebellious, defile it with milk and sugar. I won't judge... much.

Brewing ritual: Steep for 5 - 10 minutes in water that's 195 F. I find 2.5g of tea for every 12oz of water is chef's kiss.
