They're playing with fire, blending Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor beans grown between 1100 and 1700 meters. Think clay minerals caressing the roots, whispering ancient spells into every sip.

And the process? Gully washed and sun-dried. Raw, untamed, and utterly captivating.
